INDIVIDUAL COACHING

Wether you're concerned about a specific issue or looking for a deep change I will challenge the unhelpful thoughts and behaviours that get you stuck right now and we'll put in place new habits, new thoughts which will become the foundations of your empowered and peaceful  new self.

As explained in the "recurrent patterns" section below,  What we want is stop the unconscious  automatic thoughts and behavioural process that fires up  each time a challenging situation occurs.     I will give you all the tools and method you need to rewire your thinking, create new patterns, empowering thoughts  and be able to overcome your challenges while breaking the stress pattern. If you commit to it, you will see a shift  that will impact all aspects of your life. 

REIKI

REIKI, also called "palm healing", is a japanese technique of healing and one of the most powerful for stress reduction and relaxation. 

Reiki works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.

Reiki heals and rebalances your nervous system allowing you to recover from all the emotional and physical ailments induced by heavy stress. It works for insomnia, aches and pains, migraines, heals post medical procedures, emotional overload in general, etc. 

LIFE TRANSITIONS

Going through a separation, changing career or approaching retirement or the time when children are leaving the nest are complex life transitions where one can be exposed to a lot of anxiety and unhappiness. The fear of the void and the future's unpredictability are classic triggers. How about getting through that phase without fear and doubts?

RELATIONSHIP COACHING 

You may be going through a difficult time in your relationship or facing the same problem in all your relationships (fear of attachement, anxious attachment ...). Either way, the dynamic of the relationship depends partly on you, simply because things wouldn't be the same if you reacted or behaved differently with the other one. Wouldn't it be great to not feel constantly anxious about the other one not loving you? Or to not freak out each time things could be serious? Or to be able to speak the truth without fearing a nasty or annoying  conflict. wouldn't be great to understand what triggers you rather than feeling upset, angry or miserable.  I'll be happy to show you how you can totally shift these thoughts in order to reach balance and harmony.

UNHEALTHY HABITS/ RECURRENT PATTERNS

Around 95% of who we are is the result of hard-wired subconscious habits and thought patterns.

So, 95% of our brain is operating on automatic. When daily challenges (big or small) happen, we react  automatically. These automatisms are often the root of all our negative thoughts, emotions and habits. We call them saboteurs.

What we want is increase the level of awareness vs subconscious automatic patterns so you get back in control when facing these challenges.  With the right tools and method you will learn how to rewire your thinking, get rid of the unhealthy habits, create new patterns, empowering thoughts  and be able to overcome your challenges while breaking the stress pattern. 

FEARS AND PHOBIAS

Fears and phobias are  the immediate response from your subconscious mind to a  traumatic event . It doesn't have to be a big trauma but it can be quite disturbing in your life. If the subconscious mind could learn so quickly how to respond to a situation, it can equally learn a different response equally quickly and liberate you from your fear or phobia.

ADHD

2 of my children and I have ADHD/ADD. I actually realised I had transmitted them this lovey gene  when my eldest son got diagnosed. Although everyone seems to have developed some form of ADHD lately, thanks to our addiction to screens and internet, some really struggle with acute attention deficit disorder. The amount of unhelpful automatisms that you have developed unconsciously to cope with the multiple challenges you had to face daily have become hardwired into your brain. They have often created bad habits which may be affecting your spending management, the level of procrastination, the lack of focus,  your organisational  and planning abilities etc.

Once again, the method and tools I'll give you will literally change your life. 

 SELF ESTEEM AND LIMITING BELIEFS

How often have you let yourself down by thinking you weren't good enough? And who doesn't ever judge themselves harshly or hasn't experienced limiting beliefs?

This is a universal self-sabotaging mechanism stemming from the past and that is repeating itself when facing challenges and in relationships.

STRESS & TRAUMA

We all get caught up in life into stressful or very emotional situations which leave us with a feeling of "PTSD". They often result in fears, limiting beliefs and more or less conscious blockages.

ANGER MANAGEMENT

Angry outbursts are another direct automatic/subconscious response to a challenging situation, a fear, a frustration etc. The problem is it doesn't solve anything, quite the contrary and it creates (1) a lot of stress, anxiety and traumas around you and (2) a feeling of guilt after the crisis. Once again, getting your emotions back in control is a question of method and training.

ACHES AND PAINS

Aches and pains can be the simple consequence of stress (migraines, stomach pains, heart racing etc.) or they can be linked to a health issue or a side effect. Either way, Reiki is a very efficient way to heal them.

LIMITING BELIEFS

Limiting beliefs can stem from childhood or past experiences that we see as failures. Either way, they come directly from our internal judge saboteur. getting rid of this internal talking seems impossible when you're hijacked by these thoughts but there is a way out and it isn't as hard as it may sound.
